Member Agreement

(A Private Contract Membership Association)

I hereby accept the terms of membership in the Bridge Bucks B.A.N.K. Private Membership Association (hereinafter "Association"), a private venue, original and exclusive jurisdiction membership association available only by invitation and with application approval.

With the signingsealing of this membership agreement, I accept the offer made to become a member of the Association.

By signing this agreement, the member agrees to act in accordance with Bridge Bucks B.A.N.K. Private Mission Statement: As an auxillary, the Mission of the BBBPMA is to support and fulfll the Mission of The Earthwaking Outreach Religious Organization to Establish God'sKingdom on Earth as it is in Heaven.

This Association of members, hereby declares that our purpose is to exist as a society living in peace under inherent law, to provide mutual benefts to all members and to protect our members’ rights to religious/spiritual freedoms. 

Article I: Purpose and Belief

We, the undersigned, do hereby voluntarily enter into this Private Membership Association (PMA) under the protection of the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States and equivalent provisions in natural and divine law.

Our purpose is to exit the Babylonian system of fear, debt, control, and deception, and to build the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in Heaven.

This Association exists to:

➔ Provide a lawful structure for sovereign individuals and families to interact, transact, and disciple outside the jurisdiction of Babylonian commercial codes

➔ Empower Kingdom entrepreneurs to multiply resources through righteous trade and stewardship

➔ Create lawful remedies and refuge for the Remnant

➔ Facilitate mutual support, mentorship, education, healing, and resource sharing among the Members

➔ Operate as a spiritual, educational, and ministerial body governed by divine law and the teachings of Jesus Christ

Article II: Nature of Association

This is a Private Membership Association, not a public business, and is therefore not subject to the same statutory laws, licensing, or administrative authorities as corporations or commercial entities.

The Association functions as a private, faith-based fellowship of Members who freely choose to associate under the principles of God’s Kingdom.

All operations of this PMA are private, confidential, and not intended for public or commercial scrutiny.

Article III: Membership

Membership is by invitation and application only. Each Member agrees to:

➔ Acknowledge Jesus Christ as King

➔ Align with the mission of exiting Babylon and building the Kingdom

➔ Conduct themselves in accordance with biblical principles of integrity, honor, stewardship, and truth

Members waive the right to complain or take legal action against the Association in any public court or under any commercial code. Disputes shall be settled internally through biblical reconciliation or, if needed, arbitration.

Members agree that all communications, exchanges, and interactions within the Association are private, faith-based, and protected.

Article IV: Activities

The Association may engage in, but is not limited to:

➔ Private banking and bartering

➔ Discipleship and spiritual education

➔ Community-building and property stewardship

➔ Health and wellness services and education

➔ Resource sharing, pro-vision-investment, and prosperity support among Members

All offerings are made member-to-member. Nothing shall be construed as public service or offer to the public.

Article V: Governance

The Association shall be governed by a Council of Elders and/or Spiritual Directors appointed by discernment and spiritual alignment.

The Earthwaking Arkitects shall serve as Founding Directors.

Decisions shall be made through prayer, fasting, wise counsel, and alignment with scripture.

Article VI: Terms of Use & Limitation of Liability

By becoming a Member, each person agrees to hold harmless the Association, its Founders, and any participating Members for any perceived harm resulting from the exercise of spiritual, financial, or ministerial service.

The Association provides no public guarantees and does not operate under commercial licensing.

All activity is voluntary and private.

Article VII: Exit and Revocation

Membership may be revoked at any time by the Council for violation of spiritual integrity, dishonor, or disruption of divine order.

Members may exit at any time by written notice, but agree to continue honoring any agreements, loans, or exchanges made while part of the Association.

Revocation of membership will not in any way exclude members from honoring the terms of membership. 

Article VIII: Final Declaration

This Association is founded in full submission to the authority of Jesus Christ. Our allegiance is to God, not man. Our laws are divine, not commercial. Our mission is eternal, not transactional.

By signing below, each Member declares:

I am leaving Babylon, and I will not return.

I exist to build God’s Kingdom on Earth.

I agree to operate in truth, love, and lawful alignment with this PMA.

I attest that I have freely chosen to change my legal status in this Association from a public person to a private member in the Association.

By clicking below, I acknowledge that I have read and completely understand and agree to the terms set forth in this membership agreement. 

1) The Bridge Bucks B.A.N.K. Private Membership Association (BBB PMA) is an auxiliary of a registered 508c1a non-profit Religious Organization. As such, the BBB PMA is under complete authority of THE EARTHWAKING OUTREACH, which exists for the sole purpose of establishing God's Kingdom on Earth as it is in Heaven. 

2) I acknowledge that I am a sovereign being and I am 100% responsible for my decisions and my resulting reality.

3) I am choosing to join the BBB PMA at the level of and with the rights and responsibilities of "Member."

4) I agree that this Association operates outside of the man-made legal construct and operates instead under private agreements between its members, administrators/directors and God.

5) I agree that should any disputes arise, they will be handled outside of the court system as responsible adults as commanded in 1 Corinthians 6.

6) In the Garden of Eden we create, not consume. So please note that we reserve the right to trim dead branches from the Tree of Life. Non contributing members will be pruned.
